• 2 Bedrooms- one with a queen-size bed, one with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed

• Living area with a full-size futon

• 2 Bathrooms - one with a walk-in shower, one with a tub shower

• Dining Area with pass-thru to kitchen

• Kitchen w/stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, cooking/serving utensils

• Heat & Central Air Conditioning (sorry, the fireplace is not usable)

• Towels

• Bedding

• Deck with gas grill (available seasonally; propane not guaranteed)

• Firepit

• Dock - each rental has its own dock

Rate:

• $262-$349.00 per night (2 night minimum;                 

           except June 24 - Aug 5 is 3 night minimum)

• $50-$80 cleaning fee

 

Rates subject to 5.5% sales tax, 4% room tax
